Temileyin, a gospel singer, was caught in Abuja with his girlfriend's severed head
Known as a multi-talented gospel singer, prolific songwriter, performer, recording artist, and performance artist, Timileyin was arrested on Sunday close to a church in the Federal Capital Territory's (FCT) Orozo neighborhood.

According to videos circulating on social media, Timileyin was spotted with flies after him while toting a black nylon bag. After being confronted and searched, the suspect—who was allegedly from Kabba in Kogi State—was found to be carrying a fresh human head that looked to be that of his girlfriend.
"I got the shock of my life as we apprehended a Yahoo ritual with human head (his girlfriend) inside a nylon close to our church as we were holding service," a social media user claiming to be Arike stated after sharing the footage. Before I went through one "Live" today, I assumed I merely saw things like this.
In the YouTube video, Timileyin was heard admitting under questioning that he had dated the woman for a year and had no idea where she was from. He claimed that during heated arguments, his girlfriend attempted to stab him with a knife. He said that he later decapitated her.
