Beyonce's mom, says she lost her Malibu bungalow in fires in Los Angeles: "My holy, joyful place"

 Tina Knowles, Beyoncé's mother, disclosed that the devastating flames that have

ravaged Los Angeles caused her to lose her Malibu villa.

The region saw its worst windstorms in more than a decade starting Tuesday, which fueled fires in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties that have destroyed thousands of buildings and killed at least five people in the last three days.

As police get ready to deploy K-9 units trained to find human remains, about 130,000 people are under evacuation orders or advisories.

Paris Hilton, Jeff Bridges, Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman, James Woods, and Miles Teller are among the celebrities whose homes were destroyed in a fire in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood.

Days after celebrating her 71st birthday in Malibu, Tina has now tragically disclosed that the same fire destroyed her beachfront home.

It was my precious Happy Place, my haven, and my favorite spot. It's gone now! Before honoring the five deceased, she posted a message on Instagram.

A video of the ocean vista from her bungalow, with what seemed like dolphins briefly emerging over the waves, was included with her message.

This is what I was gazing at from my small home on the water in Malibu over the weekend of my birthday! It was my precious Happy Place, my haven, and my favorite spot. "It's gone now!" she wrote in her caption.

However, neither the date nor the amount Tina paid at the time to purchase her Malibu condominium are currently known.

She would be near her daughter Beyoncé and son-in-law Jay-Z, who in 2023 paid $200 million for a mansion in Malibu, which TMZ reports was the most expensive property ever sold in California.

In a new lawsuit filed last month, Jay-Z vehemently refuted claims that he and Sean "Diddy" Combs had raped a 13-year-old girl at a party in 2000.

With the flames still burning in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, Tina has now joined the countless others who have lost their homes.
